Flower Power

Hi you!
            You've already heard me gush enough over how much I've been loving the flowers around campus but I will say I do adore this little sweet spot with all the ivy and fallen petals-- so pretty! To fit my springy mood I wore this floral dress I got on super sale at Kohl's that I've worn countless times, my trusty old cowboy boots and some of my favorite classic jewelry. For some reason I've been completely obsessed with watches lately, do you ever go through those phases when you're obsessed with one specific accessory? Anyone who follows me on instagram (@gilliehouston) is probably sick and tired of seeing pictures of my watches, but I can't get enough of them.

I made this quick video for my multimedia Journalism class showcasing some of the flowers around campus, as you can see I'm not much of a filmmaker but I did have fun traipsing around filming flowers--plus it features one of my new favorite songs for Spring by one of my favorite artists by all time, Regina Spektor.
